Hanging-

We have made hanging very safe and easy.
Each sign includes one piece of high quality hanging hardware on the back.
We recommend hanging your sign on a stud to secure the sign on the wall.
Only screws or nails are needed to hang.

Shipping and Turn Around Time-

Please view our most current PRODUCTION time at checkout. Etsy will tell you our estimated processing time before you purchase an item.
We typically ship on a 7-10 business day turnaround, though that is subject to change and vary during the Holiday Season.
The estimated processing time at checkout is always the most reliable estimation.

We use FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground or USPS to ship, depending on which is more cost effective for your specific location. Shipping upgrades can be purchased upon request.

Double check your shipping address. If a package is damaged during the shipping process, please contact me with pictures of the damage and we will make it right.
We are NOT responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address however, we will do our best to work with you to locate your package.

Sign Details-

Our signs sizes are approximate and can vary 1/2" to 1 inch. Sizes include the wood frame. We do our best to cut our wood to the exact inch.
All of our signs are hand cut and handmade. Both the frame and the sign itself are made using real pine wood.
The background is a beautiful pine wood product. It is a 3/4" thick, durable, high quality wood that is made to last for years indoors.
Due to the character of wood, sometimes small knots or natural imperfections are present.
We always do our best to hand pick the best looking pieces of wood, but also feel that slight imperfections help add to the character of our handmade signs.
The back of the sign is sanded but left unpainted.

Lettering-

Our signs are all hand painted. Our paint is a high quality, VOC-free, MATTE finish paint. The lettering is all painted and is gorgeous and precise.
We use a 3 step painting process that requires 3 SEPERATE layers of paint. Because of these 3 layers, the lettering will have a thick, raised effect on-top of the wood.
This can be confused with vinyl or "stickers", because of the thickness of the paint. NO vinyl is used when making your sign. We have perfected out painting process through our 5+ years of designing signs. We have great pride that we are able to provide high quality, painted wood signs that will last you for years to come.

Would you like a custom order? We love to make custom orders! We can change any of our current signs or design a new sign for you.

We do not accept returns or refunds. Each sign is made to order and therefore is not returnable. The customer is responsible for ordering correctly. We are not responsible for the customer ordering the wrong color options, size options or if they are unhappy with their choice once their order is delivered.

**PLEASE NOTE If the customer requests a refund and is unhappy once their item arrives, the buyer is responsible to return the item and is responsible for all return shipping and packaging fee's.**

When you receive an email with tracking, expect an additional business day to start seeing scans. We are not responsible for your package once it has left our shop, this includes shipping delays, damaged items, or stolen packages. It is up to the customer to file a claim with the shipping carriers if needed.

We understand things can happen in shipment that are unavoidable. If your item arrives to you damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. Please provide photos of the damage along with any damage to the shipping box. We will work with you to provide the best option. We can either offer a replacement (depending on the type of damage,) or assist with fixing the damage and provide a discount refund to your purchase order.
